so ive had chronic diarrhea for about 4 months now no matter what i eat i go with in 30 mins to an hour and 30 min. ive had to go to specialist doctors now might have to get a colonoscopy. im scared would love to hear people stories or things or thoughts that could help i feel so alone if i dont poop i puke if i try to hold poop i puke i feel like i cant win
