I wish anxiety wasn't so exhausting šŸ˜­. I've been doing so much better lately, I haven't had an anxiety attack in a while! But I had one earlier today and now I'm just seriously worn out. At least this happens less often than it used to, I'm glad I'm going in the right direction, even if I do still struggle sometimes. People always tell me to "snap out of it" and it's like omg, you don't think I would if I could? I'm trying! But getting better is a process.
