Feeling Exhausted: How to Keep Going?

I washed my hair today and that took everything out of me! Exhausted 😩

I understand how you feel better. I been dealing with my anxiety and panic for over 25 yrs I feel real tired

just take things one step at a time. it’s okay if you need to take a break. society makes us feel guilty about resting even though we’re human and we need it! go easy on yourself.
