I just went to the Urgent Care for chest pain, and the doctor told my mom shes worried about me being a danger to myself because the chest pain and extremely high blood pressure was pure anxiety. I know it would be so helpful if my mom knew I cut myself but I’m so worried she’ll never see me the same, or she won’t love me. Has anyone been in a similar situation? How’d you manage?
