Dealing with Anxiety Symptoms: Need Advice

Anxiety--I have been struggling with chest pain, overheating, and not being able to focus or think deeply. I can't see my doctor till the end of the month. Any suggestions for handling these symptoms? Would Urgent Care be able to do anything for me in the meantime?

Hello, I to suffer from Anxiety and panic attacks I’m seeing a new doctor at the end of this month to talk about treatments I’ve had the same symptoms plus many more I recently started early menopause as well so I feel like I’m going insane for overheating I put an ice pack on the back of my neck as for the rest I honestly have tried everything from breathing techniques to just curling up in bed in the fetal position 😥but I would try urgent care sorry I couldn’t be more help ❤️😢

Urgent care should be able to fill prescriptions. But I would call them and double check before going up there.
