physical exertion is amazing. punching a pillow, working out, dancing, etc etc. obv you cant do it in the moment but knowing that when you get home, you can let all that steam out is pretty comforting!

I have to remind myself that the people around me are only human and that I am as well. I try to write down five positive things about my life every night. It kind of flipped my mindset. Sometimes though, I just need to be alone. My Adderall helps my mood but I have to be very careful with my diet. Caffeine, sugar, water, sleep too. I have to be pretty structured & watch my triggers.

I made up a imaginary man named Gary. I then bitch at Gary all day when alone. If there's a thing out of place, God damn Gary did it. If something falls its Gary's fault. Yeah it sounds crazy as hell but it's silly and it's a sort of venting and you kinda let off steam and you kinda feel better after awhile. You can rant about how Gary keeps stealing your left shoe cuz why else is it only one can be found when you need it. Gary stuffed the mailbox full of bills. Gary stole your lottery ticket. Gary is a jerk.
