My Dad Doesn't Understand My Mental Illness

today my dad got mad at me and was like “this is stressful for ME how do u want me to react” when i was crying today. i never go to jim or talk to him when i’m upset, we have an ok relationship but not the kind where he’s involved in my mental problems at all. i’ve put no stress or pressure on him i never even let him see me cry. when he does see me cry he’s an asshole about it. so selfish it’s a ridiculous…. it’s stressful for him???? how does he think i feel😀 he said i shouldn’t b upset bc i went to a concert.. he was like “i don’t understand why you’ll b upset when ur life is great” and then he’ll also NOT believe i have bipolar when i’m literally diagnosed💀 like that’s kinda the whole point dad…. it doesn’t matter how good my life is i have a disease. then i had a literal mental breakdown and he just sat upstairs and ignored me.
