Diagnosed with Small Vessel Disease on the brain and coronary artery disease after suffering from at heart attack at 39 (Now 40). Was active and well and collapsed on a football pitch with extreme headaches and heart pain. MRI revelation disease all over brain and heart. Have debilitating days all day where in pain either in head or chest. Suffering from extreme anxiety since heart attack. Have young family I wanted see grow up and being retires from long military service medicaly. Awaiting ENT op for blocked turbinates. Also have tinnitus. Please help.
