hi, i was a somewhat healthy 30 year old until one day i had a spike on my blood pressure that send me to the er, doctors didnt find anything but was diagnosed with hypertension this was 5 months ago, i changed my diet and i still occasionally get spikes in my blood pressure that are extremely high but make me feel dizzy and tingling in face. i would rush to the doctor all the time. and they never found anything so they diagnosed me with anxiety, i never been an anxious person.
