I also have a history of sexual abuse both child ans an adult. What helped me the most qaa to accept that my offenders are also sick individuals. I has to forgive them to move on. I don't have to see them or tell them I forgive them but so that I could move in that's what i did. It didn't happen overnight but I a was able to so it. It helps for me amd if you have a therapist talk to them about it. I wish you luck and I hope you find the relied i did in doing that. It won't help you forget, I didn't say you have to forget now cause we never do.
