@proudcloud I don't have the most severe. Even for my ADHD, I don't take medication. If I take medication, it is likely I will accidently overdose on it. My separation anxiety is sorta like a power for me. I have something in my gut, usually when I'm in my very good condition basement playing VR, that something can happen when I'm alone. This also happens when we are at parks and walking and I'm ahead of family. Same for school, I need somebody around me in times when it's dark and vulnerable.

Feel free to express yourself only where it is accepted and you can't be manipulated. It is okay. You are still smart and capable ♡

Meditation helped me the most. I have been happily delusion free since 2018.

Thank you for the advice! But self isolation won't help too much, it would make it worse due to Seperation Anxiety. Luckily it is not severe. Thank you either way!

@YourDailyFurry I have seperation anxiety as well! It's an awful feeling. Mine is S E V E R E. I have found some meditations that help a lot for me, but I'd like to know more about what your going through to see if they would be helpful for your situation. My inbox is always open. Hope you feel better soon.

it’s honestly been a never ending journey for me. self soothing has helped tons particularly singing to myself. also challenging delusional beliefs has helped me tremendously though! this next helping strategy is a bit self destructive but self isolation when the paranoia/delusions become too heavy to bare also helps me so much. most importantly surrounding yourself with people who believe you struggle with paranoia and delusions helps so much; especially if they can help break down your beliefs or make you feel loved. please stay strong and i’m always here if you need guidance/assistance. remember you are never alone 💗.
