Well, to start, MPD is an outdated term so probably don't tell them you have that. The updated term is DID. Secondly, it'd really be up to you how you tell them since you're the only person who really knows them and how they'd react. From my own experience though I'd recommend telling people one by one instead of everyone at once for the best reaction. Good luck! ❤️
