how do y’all create and MAINTAIN a schedule? i’m currently working in fast food so my schedule changes weekly, but how do you keep up with a personal schedule? like setting aside time for school, exercise, etc?

Personally my schedule pillars are sleep and mealtimes. I still haven’t been able to keep anything consistent though. But for things like setting aside time for school or exercise I recommend doing something right after you wake up, or right after you eat. Because you will most likely do these things every day, even if your time schedule is off.
