Can anybody help me? My issue is I have crazy leg cramps at night like my legs lock up and I have to wake up. I’ve dropped my fluid intake and I’ve increased it. The cramps persisted and added tons of edema my faced looks like I’ve been stung by bees. I’ve stopped all carbs all and have just eaten 30g of kale 100g of egg whites 150g of blueberries everyday for almost 2weeks. I still can’t sleep form the cramps and this only happens when I’ve eaten extremely bad in the past and my kidneys get stressed. I have no idea what’s happening now!! The only thing I can think of is that i did have a lot work done on my teeth so alot of Articaine and epinephrin which ultimately filters through the kidneys. I’m scared my mother just died on Christmas from end stage kidney complications I have no support no family, friends ect.

One suggestion for managing leg cramps at night is to ensure your magnesium and potassium levels are adequate, as low levels of these minerals can cause extreme cramping. It's important to consult with a doctor to discuss your symptoms and concerns, as they can provide personalized advice and treatment options based on your medical history and current health status.
