make sure your magnesium levels and potassium levels are good. both caused extreme cramping for me because they were low!

I've found that pickles can help with that for some I also lay down and just move my legs up and down

just got blood work results back and it says my B12 levels are low and that's why I have low energy and tingling in hands and feet. So I'm giving B12 a try.

My legs and feet tingle and I'm not sure if it's from my kidneys either. I try to make sure I drink enough water but sometimes I think it's to much water. Haven't had cramping in my legs yet so that's a great question.

I'm sorry that you are going through so much discomfort. I am newly diagnosed with CKD PATIENT. I have Lups and Fibromyalgia whish generally cause many of the symptoms that you were talking about. Ask that just to let you know that my Rheumatologist prescribed Gabapentin for my similar issues. Please understand that I am not suggesting that you have any other ilnesses.. I'm just letting you know what worked and is still working for me. Good luck.
