How Has COVID-19 Affected You?

hi! just wanted to know how covid has been affecting you all and if you’re hanging in there okay. unfortunately I got the new variant a few days ago and had a seizure a couple days after my diagnosis:( not sure if there was a correlation or not but just was curious and wanted to hear your experiences:)

oh nooo! it's probably mostly due to the surge if not entirely but that still sucks. and yeah it's rlly scary as a disabled person rn were so much more in danger

I think so too, i’m pretty sure I got it while getting my booster which sucks but it is what it is, and some people are asymptomatic so who knows. it’s so scary, i’m thankful it’s pretty mild for me right now.

As far as I’ve read, Covid itself doesn’t lower the seizure threshold but I wouldn’t be surprised if it does because of the added stress
