Coping with Multiple Mental Illnesses

i have extreme anxiety and ocd and i realize they tie into eachother. when my anxiety is high my ocd gets worse and vice versa so i always try to focus on controlling one and it usually helps the other.

I struggled with this, too. But truly, they're all connected, and it's more rare for people with a genetic or life-event component to just have one.
