I have D.I.D and my other personality is what's called a "Little". His age is 3 and he has never been potty trained. He stems from my PTSD from childhood trauma and it causes me to need to be diapered 24/7. How do I cope with my other personality so that I can be a functioning adult/father to my newborn daughter?

Is there a way you can work on having "Little Time" where your little can come out, while you keep control when you need to be functional?

I'd suggest trying to work with the little and try to potty train them
