Anyone have tips for mentally dealing with being diagnosed with illnesses that usually affect older people (specifically men) as a young woman?

Just remember in these times the reason a condition is male dominant is because they don't look for it in females usually and so there's probably a ton of other females facing the same condition as you. A condition is a condition and you don't have any less value as a human for having it. Love and accept yourself for it all and that's all that really matters.

Work on accepting that's it's the hand you've been dealt. You can't change it, but you don't have to let it rule your life. Learn self compassion. Idk what you have, but being kind to yourself like you would others is a good place to start.
