Self awareness has been the most helpful for me it’s been a 2 yr journey since I have started my own research about bpd and how it has effected my daily life being aware of y I rage and melt down and what my triggers are has help tremendously!!! Best advice when u want to melt down blow up or just feel it starting .., remove yourself litterally don’t let it get there and once you’re self-aware you can notice it starting to happen before hand. Go home sleep on it take a nap when you wake up you’ll probably feel differently about the whole situation but until you become self-aware of your triggers and why things are happening and why you feel some kind away it’s really hard to do
