How do you cope after a relationship that you put your all into and all your partner can say is "You deserve better than me"?

The main thing is you weren't the right fit for each other, but don't lose hopem you can take everything you have learnt from this relationship understand better what you are looking for in a partner and improve on any areas that may need it. The best way to get over it and focus on yourself and your own journey is to go solo traveling, that's what I did atleast. It did wonders for my mental health and social anxiety!

Okay if this person says you deserve better than me even if you've put in a lot of work to this relationship they're probably right! You can't force someone to be with you especially if they think so little of themselves or they think so much of themselves that they think that the whole world's after them same situation different ends of this spectrum. You need to sit back take a breath think whoever you believe in for letting this relationship be done and over with and letting you walk forward to whatever is out there for you ❣️

believe your partner. Do not stay in a relationship where your partner is saying that. and just mentally prepare yourself to move on and then work on moving on. If they arent the one then someone else is.

I'm also going through heart break. When you have a tough closure or sometimes no closure, just thank them for all the good times you had with them. Say "Thank you for all the good times." And grief the loss. Then all you have is time. Time you use to focus on something to pass the time. Self improvement or achieving goals are very good. Make weekly goals to get through it. If you can make it through one week, make the next week a goal. Each day is so tough, I know. But I hope my suggestions help.

One way to cope is by taking time for yourself without isolating. It's important to understand that it's not about your worth, but rather about them. Engaging in self-care and self-love can be beneficial because being loved by someone else is less important than loving yourself, as you only have yourself for your entire life.
