Hey everyone! I know this might sound kinda strange, but what do you guys recommend to do when you miss someone too much like, that person is the only thing on your mind? My abandonment issues are kinda getting to me, and I really wanna take my mind off just them. I love thinking about them and such. I just think it's kinda unhealthy with how much I miss them. :D Thank you for any replies!
