Constant Chest Pain and Palpitations: Is It Normal?

this daily chest pain is getting worse and doing my head in. heart rate high and worse when I get up and do stuff can get up to 150bpm going for a short walk. can't wash my hair because it gets to high. it hurts my chest my shoulder. but according to tests everything is normal how is it normal to constantly have pain and palpitations especially ones that I feel throughout through my whole body I'm pregnant now and I'm terrified my heart won't make it through birth or recovery and I'm going to die leaving my disabled partner and our baby boy alone. I do not want this but no doctors will listen to me or take me seriously. even though I shouldn't take them while pregnant I pretty much live off aspirin hoping that it will stop my heart from giving out
