Advice for a socially anxious lad. Any recommendations on how to confront my boss about her and a coworker of mine using ableist slurs? They don’t use them towards me but still, as a disabled individual, I do not like hearing them… my boss uses the r slur a lot about various situations and my coworker jokingly called another coworker “crippled” when she hurt her back and that one REALLY messed me up since I use a wheelchair at work… anyways, yeah. Any advice??
