Need advice on conceiving without medication

I'm on pregabalin idk if I can stay on it. I'm also on simponi aria infusion

What medication are you on? Is it possible to stay on them while conceiving?

Still thinking about it. I ran out meds recently before my appointment to get a refill and I was in agony

For how long are you trying? I understand that usually physicians tend to avoid meds before trying for a full year…
