I’ve struggled with bursitis in my hips for almost a decade and don’t seem to get any help from doctors…the only med that has ever worked to lessen the pain was naproxen, but I can’t take that now that I’m pregnant. I also have an adhesive allergy so I can’t do KT tape. Any advice on helping with the pain?
