Changing Medication: Is it Necessary?

I think it depends on how well the medication is working for you. If you feel like you're doing better and don't need a strong dose, or maybe the other way, where you feel worse, absolutely bring it up to your doctor or provider, as medication is very much trial and error, and what works for me will probably not work so well for you.
