      Lots of Adderall XR and I still can't work full time on a regular basis, between IH and my chronic pain. I'm struggling right now to maintain my jobs and find a job in my major that allows remote work and flexible schedule... That will save me...

      Fortunate to be working remotely. When I was in person I’d take naps in my car instead of lunch

        @Pancake7 working remotely saved me. I'm a grad student and had all the places on campus that were good for uninterrupted naps mapped out

      i take modafinal and it helps a bit but I always feel so tired when I'm finally off. I either pass out when I get home or go to bed so early. it sucks.

        @betsbop I had to add in a mid day dose so I wouldn’t crash as soon as I got home from work

      I drink a lot of caffeine. I used to take medication to help stay awake. Tried concerta, Ritalin and a couple others. They worked okay but Ritalin messed with my anxiety.
