Communicating with Alters: Tips and Tricks

I look at them and start screaming. 🤗 but no honestly it's a really hard thing to do at least for me. I heard it gets better. I've looks at many things from other people with D.I.D. and they use journals to talk to their alters. Like when they front they write a message to the alter they want to talk to and wait till they front and read the message.
