I have this friend that isn't feeling well, in the sense that they are sleep deprived, but also going though a lot of shit. It just makes me anxious about them and I wish I could do more to help them.
Tell them to try the medicine Clonidine, it is a blood pressure medication and helps out by calming them down. Use it as like a sleep medication. Though if they ever feel light headed or dizzy they should stop the medication. This a prescription medication.
