      @nicknameistaken the thing is, the hurt will never fully go away. Youll wake up one morning, and they will cross your mind, itll hurt for a moment, and youll tell them silently to uave a good day and you no longer wish them ill, the memories will crop up on ya, youll smile because u were happy, itll hurt, but ya get used to it , because unless u get amnesia, youll always have the memories, but you do move on. Youll find someone new, someone more you, and thats the grand and great part of life, our ability to love again after being hurt, now i dont know what happened between you two. If yall just grew apart, but, i know that you will get through it.

      I know what you mean. I've been missing her for over two years, now. I've been in therapy for the past year. I'm tired of missing her. But letting go... Hasn'tbeen easy. But, though the pain still remains, after two years I've managed to at least find hobbies I enjoy. I've been able to build a decent life for myself. I still miss her. When she's important enough, I guess that never changes. But at least I've learned how to live without her. And maybe that's good enough.

        @Trench Sorry to hear that. Two years is a long time. Has therapy been a good thing? Guess all we can do is distract ourselves until it doesn't hurt any more...if and when it comes.
