I have recently lost my ex who I dated 6 months. I was too much for all of my friends and past relationships so when this came to an end it broke me. I understand why she left but I have so much guilt and shame with myself and I miss her so much :(

      My ex broke up with me a year ago (after 2.5 yrs together) bc I wasn’t too trusting. I still miss him everyday but I’m not going to settle for someone who doesn’t want to be with me. So you need to remember you are worth being wanted and somewhere out there they are looking for you!* hang in there!

      I’m too much for everyone and I always seek validation and people to say they love me and I’m a good person. I play the victim card too much and I’m tired of it but I also need to give myself some love and I don’t know how.

        @stache I just want these clouds of emotions to go away and my special person to come back but I know it’s beens a month since we broke up and talked last and she told a while back it’s best if we probably don’t get back together. I don’t blame her at all and I’m getting better but sometimes I am just overwhelmed with self hatred, self guilt, and just shame.
