Where do y'all sit during the day, if you're at home all day? I've tried both a zero gravity chair and in bed but I haven't found optimal comfort either place.

I’ve been finding the recliner seat on the couch to be my most comfortable seat. But I still need to get up and take breaks from that position. I think having my feet up helps mitigate some amount of pain.

i sit in bed most days, sometimes i move to a squishy chair or couch. i dont stay comfortable for very long, and im having to move around and change positions pretty often. sometimes adding pillows in areas that are uncomfortable helps me

I also have ADHD so I'm always moving but when I do sit it's in a recliner. I can't lay in bed because it's too painful.

Honestly sound completely weird but it has helped me but i get a yoga mat or a rug and lay it on the floor and scoot my bottom as close to the couch or chair and then put my legs up on the couch and chair i do it once a day and it helps if i dont do it i can feel the difference

I usually sit on a lounge chair, couch, or bed. I have a hard time getting comfortable and shift positions a lot.

I swap between my very expensive desk chair and bed as needed. I also keep a foot stool on hand so I can put my feet up and change positions as needed.

To be honest, I sit on the couch. I don't get comfortable for long and have to readjust multiple times. I would love to know if you find anything out.
