Curious on how everyone gets relaxed at home and is able to actually be comfortable enough to chill out/read a book? I feel like there’s no where comfortable enough for me. I need suggestions. Not opposed to makeshift chairs either!!! I just want to enjoy reading 😭😭😭😭

I am suffering badly at the moment but my son got me one of those back support pillows that looks like a chair back, I am finding it a huge help as it moulds around me without being to lumpy.

I’ve tried a little bit of everything. A long body pillow actually helped a little!

I use hot water bottles a lot which helps with pain points and make sure to shift about regularly. I find reading on an ereader helps because it's easier to hold. I also got a bath pillow for my bath so it's more comfortable to sit in there and read.

I bought a U shaped body pillow for my bed. It's really comfortable

Some people find comfort sitting on a couch, lounge chair, or bed while reading. Others may use pillows of varying types and sizes to help elevate certain areas for added comfort. Some even lay on the floor with a yoga mat or rug and prop their legs up on a couch or chair. It's essential to experiment with different positions and setups to find what works best for you.
