How do you become less sensitive to words and things people do?

It’s so hard. Recently I’ve read this book called “The Four Agreements” I highly recommend reading it, it’s a super quick read and mind-blowing (and that comes from someone who doesn’t read). There is a great chapter on not letting other peoples’ judgements and criticisms affect you.
It's definitely a process to learn to block out other people's opinions and actions. Just try to remember that they are saying things as a reflection of themselves, just like bullying in school. The girl making fun of you for baggy clothes may spend an hour in the morning doing make up because of their insecurities. This isn't always the case but everyone is their own personal and the only actions and words you should invest in is your own and your support group.
