Struggling with a Breakup and Depression

So I know I had been feeling down because of my break up and how it happen and how bad I reacted and the things I said were wrong and I said it because it was so easy for them to just ignore it and give up (2 years) and I did so so much for them and yeah I end up with nothing but rn I am taking my meds for my board I am going back to my doctor should I also tell him about my depression so he can give me meds for that too,btw I am moving out of my parents to my uncles house to start a new life and a new job probably going to apply for my next college so I can go in person and actually enjoy my creativity covid really took that thing away frim mfor so long
