      Trust me on this because I've been there too. Sometimes you need to say fuck the world and fuck the people who make you feel this way. It's YOUR life, and you get to call the shots, not classmates, not coworkers, and sometimes maybe not even family members. I'm not saying go 100X manic and put yourself in danger, what I am saying is that you know your body and ultimately you (even deep down) know when something is off. If it's too much at this time, maybe start with one or two smaller ones. A good first step can be to allow yourself at points in the day to not "smile" 100% of the time. take breaks to allow yourself to just be you in that moment and not hide yourse It's okay to not be okay.
