I’ll keep my self together for couple months, i’ll be stress free and wipe that chip off my shoulder. I won’t even realize i’m bottling up all my stress and feelings. i just exploded today. Had a bad panic attack. I felt pretty irritable and then i literally just spilled water, and that was the last straw for me. then i’m just non stop emotional for the rest of the day. I take deep breathes and stuff but i’m the type of person that when i start crying i can’t stop.
