How do you avoid getting sick due to stress? I get ill almost every other month because my immune system is so bad, and it’s typically worse while I’m in school. I’m working full time, & absolutely overwhelmed & I want to take precautions to try and prevent myself from getting ill the best I can. I can’t lower the stress at the moment due to the circumstances I’m in, but is there anything I can take/drink/eat that might help? (I’m gluten free btw!) It’s just extra scary for me getting sick at all bc I had a near death experience with a virus (before the pandemic) & it was straight up just triggered by stress. :( love the chronic illness life! 😭🙄
