I like to wake up early so I can do something for myself before work. Like drinking my coffee and reading a nice book. In those days I feel more relaxed at work and don't get stressed that easily.

I’ve been off work more than I’ve been working. Honestly, I do my job great and then any stressful situation causes me to go into a huge flair. I feel like the stress is sucking the life right out of me.

Actively do things you enjoy, don't just focus on getting rid of stress. Paint or read a book or watch a show you like, don't stress out about reducing stress

I say you should make sure you take time to focus on yourself and try to destress I also think you should make it known to your supervisor what is going on that is adding to your stress maybe they can help reduce your stressors
