Hey y'all first time posting on here but I just want to know how did y'all get more confidence or at least the ability to fake it? I've been told by a lot of close friends recently that I care way too much about others and not myself.

Oh yeah that’s something that’s get on my nerves too. But I’d say that’s true for a lot of people including myself, which is a good reason why I probably shouldn’t worry too much about others. Because at the end of the day, they care a lot less about what I’m doing than what they themselves are doing wrong. So you said the most cringiest thing ever? Well it might be a little cringe for them, but your joe schmoe is probably going to forget about it in like 5 minutes. It’s all about trying to see yourself from another perspective. And the more you practice, the more you realize it’s really not a big deal if you screw up something. I am autistic, so I’m hyper conscious about this sort of thing. And when I started using my keen eye for spotting social mistakes, I found them happening all the time. And I’m like, yeah no everyone is a socially awkward wreck. It’s just some are better about playing it off than others.
