I used to struggle with this too. Personally, the method that helped me become confident in myself was to stop caring what other people think or might think of me. Life is finite. As far as we're aware, we only have one shot at this. So why spend it worried about how others view you? Learn to trust who you are. If anyone wants to give you grief for being yourself, they aren't worth your time. Now in some instances you may need to be more aware of your image, job interviews, formal events, etc, but those make sense to be presentable. Outside of those, go crazy, do what you wanna do.
Focus on what you CAN control. For example, you can’t control how other people view you, but you CAN shower regularly, take care of yourself, etc. And never forget to celebrate the small things 💜 if you wanna chat my inbox is open
