Hey guys, was wondering if anyone knows which specific birth control pills help with PMDD? I've read birth control pills may or may not help, but switching antidepressants (venlafaxine to escitalopram) didn't help, and my PMDD can get really bad even with an extra pill of dexamphetamine, so was wondering if anyone else with ADHD has been taking birth control pills to help with PMDD?
Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD)
Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD)

Some individuals have found relief from PMDD symptoms with birth control methods such as the birth control patch, Nexplanon, and Lo Loestrin Fe. However, it's important to note that everyone's body responds differently to medication, so what works for one person may not work for another. It is recommended to consult with a healthcare provider for personalized advice.
