I am just done. I am sick and tired of being sick and tired. This bipolar mixed state phase is complete bullshit. I feel this deep ache in my chest for the past five months. When will this end? I don’t know how much longer I can do this? Any suggestions on how to approach and overcome this?

I know from experience that meds need adjustment every 3 to 4 years. Our bodies adjust. It's a struggle to keep them helping. 😪 I am going through it myself... with my pain meds. Just found a good med match for Mental health this year . It will get better. Just keep going and advocate on your own behalf.
You get through it one day at a time. I have been there... I know. I started with a mantra of "It will get better " and accepted the worst days. Then, I worked hard to do one thing well on the manic/no energy days. I finally got on the right meds and they help, even though it's not gone. You are not alone.
@faerywyrm oh I know I have been living with this for 22+ years. I get on the right meds and then they stop working like every four years. So it’s back to the drawing board which is probably why I am the way I am right now. And even then I still have crippling anxiety and having to deal with ADHD. It’s just extremely exhausting and I am terribly frustrated.
