Feeling Empty: What to Do?

before i was on meds yes. i constantly felt this void no matter what state i was in and it was literally eating me away and that was probably the most relieving part about getting meds. i was constantly trying to fill my emptiness with impulsive dangerous decisions and it got me in a lot of trouble and damaged my health significantly. i still feel like that sometimes but it’s very very small compared to before and i still don’t know what caused me to feel that way but i’m so glad it’s gone.
