Feeling Empty with Bipolar Disorder

anyone else w bipolar feel like u have something missing like there’s a part of u that’s empty. underneath all the negative feelings i have is a feeling of emptiness and the only thing that makes me forget that feeling is doing crazy impulsive shit. drugs, sex, food, games, etc etc. since taking meds i don’t always feel like this anymore but i used to feel this all the time and now i feel it sometimes and it just like eats me away inside.

Just a heads up that doesn't really sound like a bipolar thing, I'd look into personality disorders, I do similar behaviors with my borderline personality disorder but for the extreme opposite I feel too much I need to numb, whereas my partner with antisocial personality disorder definitely experiences what you're describing.

Yeah I do so I try to distract with exercise and keep myself busy with hobbies
