          @Chrissy_88 if you have a sensitive stomach then I don’t advise for you to take it as it does cause diarrhea but that is all I’ve experienced so far.

      Same but I only allergy medicine like (Claritin,singular and nasal spray) I also have pain medication (ibuprofen) for headaches . But when I was younger I used to take vitamin D and exjade ect...
