      I started a 6 weeks Bootcamp Challenge, I'm on my second week, and I've lossed 8 lbs. so far, exercising and eating right. Lots of protein and vegetables, some fruits, mostly berries, and some smoothie here and there, lots of water. I just need to motivate myself, and get back to walking again.

      I'm up for it! I actually started a 30 day challenge that incorporates different exercises & I'm part of that challenge's community so I'm updated on any healthy alternatives/meals & I'd be willing to share.

          @FaithKay so far it's just exercising with a program formerly called pink dragon but not called hooked. Really awesome but can be pricey. I still struggle with sweets & snacking after 8pm but slowly getting there. I just really want to get healthy so I'm putting my mind to do it.

        @Brattymom68 Yes I understand that. I have God who walks beside me but it can be a struggle getting started. We are worth the effort. It pays off to start a healthy habit. I know❤️

      That's a wonderful idea.. We need each other..It makes all the difference to do this together. Stronger together then apart. I started walking the last few months. I try to get out early before I talk myself out of going. .y eating is getting better each week. I stay away from sugar and most processed foods. I eat meat,alot. Vegetables more then I use too. Doing smoothies helps me get my veggies in . So I use plain Greek yogurt spinach, berries and almond milk. Maybe some Stevia, ice cubes and That's a great meal.

      I'm looking for a accountability buddy as well. I've started exercising in a pool and swimming. I'll have to get up early go walking here. It's too hot where I live.
