A Friendly Hello to All

@Neela Thank you🙏 I have good days and bad days. Summers mean a few good day/week. Fall, winter, and Spring are a whole other story. Sadly, I know that many of you share this fate. All summer I've been able to go to a therapy pool 5 days a week, and run in the in pool treadmill at least 6 miles a day, which isn't easy, I just refuse to go down because of my circumstances. Never let anyone tell you that you can't (within reason). Being a former Healthcare provider (Respiratory Therapist) my thoughts and prayers 🙏 are with all who suffer. #StayStrong
