I'm only 31, but 11 years ago; I was diagnosed with Barrett's oesophagus. To this day, I am still trying to figure out a diet that helps me lose weight and start healthy while controlling the condition Has anyone got any advice

This sounds exactly like me. I am 31 and have been suffering a long time. I take pills daily and I never get acid reflux anymore. Have you tried taking medication?

You need a nutritionist or personal trainer to keep on track. I could write you a plan but you'd have to be disciplined. You can find everything on the internet to help you.

Cayenne Pepper Surprisingly, the spice cayenne may be an effective natural remedy for Barrett’s because it contains anti-inflammatory properties. Take one 500 mg capsule three times per day with a glass of water, or as directed by your physician. Do your research
